Management de programme et Ingénierie système - Published at 4/1/2025
RG.Aero 000 50 describes the technical processes and activities sustaining the life cycle of a product and the systems that depend on it, i.e. from the initial expression of need through to production, and integrating the transverse processes linked to qualifications and certification. The parts of the life cycle corresponding to product use and disposal are covered in this document from the point of view of principles.
This general recommendation mainly focuses on tangible or intangible products. Services associated to product can apply the approach described in this recommendation. Whatever framework is put in place, the relationship between the supplier and the end user is crucial to the success of the programme. These activities are compatible with the various forms of commitment expressed in the contracts (operational, capability, means commitment, etc.).
This recommendation focuses on the solution definition and realization control technical activities, grouped into processes.
For systems engineering (SE) management and the notion of product life cycle, see RG.Aero 000 77.
