Programme Management and System Engineering

The Programme Management and System Engineering Discipline (D-MPIS) develops and maintains up to date the body of General Aeronautical Recommendations (RG Aéro) relating to programme management and system engineering.

CN PROG - Programme management and execution

CN PROG - Programme management and execution

The CN PROG covers the normative documents aimed at defining the common references between the different actors to coordinate (synchronization and sequencing) all the activities of an aeronautical or defense program.

CN MTDR - Technical control of definition and realization

CN MTDR - Technical control of definition and realization

The MTDR CN covers the life cycle processes of a system of aeronautical, space or defense interest (tangible or intangible), taking into account the development, industrialization and production of the system.

CN RISQ - Risk management and opportunity management

CN RISQ - Risk management and opportunity management

The CN RISQ covers all aspects related to risk management and opportunity management processes in the aeronautics sector (links with the programme, cost/benefit approach, consolidation of risks and opportunities, human factor, etc.), as well as the organizations and tools to be put in place (maturity measurement, training, risk communication, etc.).

CN SLIO - Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and obsolescence

CN SLIO - Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and obsolescence

The CN SLIO covers the exchange and construction of methodologies for the prevention, identification, monitoring and resolution of obsolescence, as well as the steps and organization related to the SLI process to be integrated from the early phases of an aeronautical programme.

CN GDC - Configuration Management

CN GDC - Configuration Management

The CN GDC deals with configuration management in aeronautics and defense programmes and all the processes on which it is based (identification, control, recording, audits and reviews, planning). More specifically, it deals with the management of the technical description of a system of interest (and its various components), as well as the management of all changes made during the life cycle of a system in order to ensure the traceability of a system and its compliance with needs and requirements throughout its life cycle.

CN SDF - Operational safety

CN SDF - Operational safety

The CN SDF covers the management of Operational Safety (OS) and the management of feedback. OS concerns not only all aeronautical, civil space and defense products covered by programmes, but also the constituent elements of these products as well as the means and processes to be implemented.

CN LEXI - Lexicon and terminology

CN LEXI - Lexicon and terminology

CN LEXI is responsible for harmonizing the terminology contained in the normative documents dedicated to programme management used in the aeronautics and space sector.

CN IDMA - Aerospace components identification

CN IDMA - Aerospace components identification

The CN IDMA covers the rules for the identification of materials for aerospace use and for writing the reference of these materials.
